Mini Holiday Workout Schedule
Great way to stay in shape during the three (3) week break! Pre-register for one or all classes and take advantage of the $5.00/class rate. You can also sign up at the door for $7.00/class. Class dates and description are highlighted below. Sign up begins next week. Keep up your fitness routine with these classes to really boost your metabolism and muscle tone.

Three class in one! Class consists of 20 mins. of varied cardio (tae bo, step or slide), 20 mins. of weight training and 20 mins. of Pilate-based core strengthening exercises. Great for all fitness levels, ages and both genders. Get your in-town relatives, friends, co-workers and neighbors involved to help work off those extra pounds accumulated during the holiday festivities.
